Tasteful Ethiopian Cooking & Hospitality
Welcoming you to our restaurant is like welcoming a guest to our home. We look forward to providing you freshly-prepared Ethiopian cuisine—and extending our hospitality in a comfortable and warm restaurant environment.
The Young Flower of Seattle
In the Amharic language, Adey Abeba means “Young Flower.” In 2005, Adey Abeba was the “young flower” of Seattle’s Ethiopian Restaurants—opening for business in an inviting and beautifully remodeled Victorian.
“The Young Flower of Seattle” is approaching two decades old, but Adey Abeba feels as fresh as the day it opened. This family-owned business stands as unmistakably one of the most atmospheric Ethiopian dining experiences in the city.
